Returns & Exchanges

We want you to wear your Blue and Gold with pride, so if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all official NRL merchandise tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Post Your Parcel

  Affix the generated shipping label to your package and drop it off at any Australia Post location or designated courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
